We need to adapt how the cover image is shown on the list display and how the profile picture is shown on the record page. We have a vast base with universities, companies, and NGOs and their logos. When we see them in a card layout, the full logo is shown. But when we access the record page, it shows cropped. This also happens when we use a list display. We want to be able to:

* Change the shape of the image shown, a circle, a square, or a rectangle.

* Determine fit options: crop or fit ( as in the card display)

* Change the size of the image displayed, particularly for the record page.
