User activity log - Track user logins, access, and app stats

Is there any way to track how often users are logging in or accessing the apps?

Yes, a full audit trail capability of record level access and changes would be welcomed.

Records already have an activity view. Tracking logins into this would be great.

Ideally I’d go further and ask for a list of actions they have taken. Ie create, update and delete. That way we know who did what in the system
