Amen! This is the reason we sometimes have to choose other forms (Airtable/MiniExtensions/etc)

This would be great to be able to narrow select options. It is possible in airtable forms (see bellow).
I have a particular usecase for this in my app : it is for role management.
Let's say you have 4 role A,B,C and D. And you want role B to be able to upgrade (or downgrade) C and D-users. But you don't want them to promote any user to A-role.
